Join us and make a significant impact on the future of sustainable infrastructure as Product Management Professional in Smart Infrastructure (SI) Buildings.

Your mission will be

• Provide technical support across the entire fire detection systems portfolio to internal teams and customers.
• Organize, plan and deliver training sessions on programming and configuring fire detection systems for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to facilitate product and solutions rollouts, ensuring correct positioning and communication.
• Assist in the localization and adaptation of technical documentation for the fire detection portfolio.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities.
• Support portfolio performance tracking by partnering with colleagues from sales and technical departments.
• Engage proactively with Global Tech Unit to stay up to date with the latest innovations and contribute technical expertise.

Your success will be supported by

• Solid business knowledge and an understanding of value flow within Siemens.
• Experience in product management of fire safety or related building automation technologies.
• Ability to recognize and communicate market trends and business opportunities.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on technical excellence and effective trainings.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and communicate technical matters clearly.
• Fluency in Spanish, with strong English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in product management, technical support, or application engineering within SI Buildings domains, particularly fire detection.
• Experience in conducting or organizing technical trainings.
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
• Experience in international and multicultural environments.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
