Are you ready to make your mark in the travel industry? Join our global IT company as a Product Management Portfolio EPIC Owner.

This role is part of the IT Excellence team within the Airline Solutions Business Unit of Amadeus, focusing on a full retailing transformation of its Portfolio.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Lead with technical expertise to ensure high team performance; recognized as an area leader, capable of training specialists.
• Understand how business drivers impact your area; assess complex problems, improve processes, and communicate solutions effectively.
• Work autonomously, lead projects, contribute to resource and budget planning.

Specific Accountabilities

• Develop value propositions and key messages for product concepts or upgrades.
• Define product strategy, vision, and business value with stakeholders.
• Analyze competitors and position the product strategically.
• Manage third-party partnerships, requirements, and product evolution.
• Share product knowledge across teams, drive co-innovation, and prioritize features based on effort and value.
• Manage product roadmap, align timelines, and coordinate with marketing, operations, and R&D.
• Ensure end-to-end solution consistency and manage the budget and capacity planning.
• Participate in Agile events and fulfill Product Owner or ART PM roles as applicable.
• Ensure solutions meet user needs and readiness guidelines.

Main Mission

• Lead the Epic Intent, manage Product Discovery, and align with stakeholders.
• Support go-to-market strategies and understand market needs to drive capabilities and align with OKRs.
• Facilitate cross-functional ARTs and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
• Prepare for PI events and SAFe ceremonies.
