Job Description:

The focus of the position is to understand the marketplace, align with CCH Tagetik priorities, and lead the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning offering, with emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support a successful Go-to-market execution. We operate on a global scale with direct and indirect operations around the world and continue to expand across regions and product capabilities.

You will be based in Italy, UK, or remotely in Europe. Reporting directly to the VP, Integrated Business Planning, you will assist in implementing the segment priorities through other CCH Tagetik functional organizations (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. This is primarily an Outbound Product Management function driving revenue and positioning us in the market.

Required Job Qualifications:

The focus here is on managing the Extended Planning (XP&A) solution for the Office of CFO within CCH Tagetik with focus on the Financial Planning & Analysis pillar.

1. Experience: At least 10 years of enterprise software company leadership experience in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Extended planning (XP&A) market.
2. At least 5 years of enterprise software company Product Management experience.
3. Understanding of important processes within the Office of CFO of large Enterprises and the entire Enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting process.
4. Experience managing multiple complex international projects in the FP&A area.
5. Experience positioning FP&A & CPM externally (to Analysts, in Webinars, User conferences, and events) AND internally (Sales Enablement, Marketing support, Pre-Sales support, and GTM support).

1. Education: MBA.
2. Synthesize complex information and formulate an aligned approach and plan.
3. Ability to work within a global matrix organizational structure and communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
4. Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and leading teams of varying complexity while maintaining focus on critical success factors.
5. Deep customer orientation with the ability to provide premium service efficiently and economically.
6. Experience communicating complex technical concepts in English, including executive presentations to senior organization levels.
7. Knowledge of agile methodologies.
8. Develop, articulate, and lead the execution of an Extended Planning product roadmap for the Office of CFO of large and global Enterprises based on the CCH Tagetik platform.
9. Develop knowledge of the core business and trends within the Office of CFO to evaluate prospects for growth and market share expansion.
10. Utilize customer insights analyses in planning for product features and prioritizing requirements.
11. Work with Development scrum teams to deliver features, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
12. Work with Pre-Sales to deliver demos for external marketing and internal enablement.
13. Develop and implement a product strategy for growth, including optimizing current offerings and evaluating options for new solutions.
14. Collaborate with Marketing, Go-to-market, and customer success teams to ensure readiness in representing the CCH Tagetik brand and strengthening customer relationships.
