Kongsberg Automotive in Spain is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end product development and industrialization in a dynamic automotive environment.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as the primary interface between customers, operations, engineering and suppliers, delivering on time, on budget, and to high quality. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and a track record of international project management.

Formación

• 5–10 years in automotive production and processes
• International project and team management experience
• Analytical with a results-driven, people-development orientation
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Knowledge of Kaizen and 8D problem solving
• Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 and APQP
• SAP and PLM knowledge recommended

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end product development and industrialization.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across customers, operations, engineering and suppliers.
• Drive profitability, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness including process validation, tooling, prototypes and launches.
• Support successful launches of new products and production lines.
