About the role :
We're now looking for a
Product-Led Sales Team Lead
who can bridge the gap between product usage insights and revenue growth. If you love the idea of working at the intersection of

The right person will have
2–3+ years of hands‑on experience in Product‑Led Sales (or closely related PLG roles) and ideally has leadership experience managing or mentoring Sales Managers, AEs, or BDRs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Small PLS Team: Manage, coach, and mentor Sales Managers and BDRs, creating a high‑performance, data‑driven culture.
- Convert PLG Signals into Revenue: Design and refine playbooks that turn trial users and engaged accounts into loyal paying customers.
- Use Product Signals for Sales: Leverage product usage and behavioral data to prioritize accounts, personalize outreach, and drive expansion opportunities.
- Experiment & Optimize: Test and iterate on pricing, packaging, and bottom‑of‑the‑funnel conversion tactics to improve results across the sales motion.
- Bridge Self‑Serve & Sales‑Assisted: Ensure a seamless customer journey as users move between self‑service and team‑assisted experiences.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on strategies and share insights.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on the performance of the team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working in a Product‑Led Sales or Product‑Led Growth environment.
- Strong understanding of how to translate product usage insights into revenue outcomes.
- Background in SaaS sales, particularly in mid‑market.
- Experience building from scratch or refining sales playbooks in a PLG motion.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, onboarding flows, and upsell/expansion strategies.
- Leadership experience (direct management or mentoring) is a strong plus.
- HubSpot and Intercom experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Fluency in English is a must. Additional European languages are a plus.
