Job summary

Banco Plata, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple is seeking a Product Lead to own the Communications Platform that powers the bank’s customer communications. You will define the product vision across In App Communications, Vendor Channels, Notification Center, and Event Operations, while directly owning the In App area.

You will lead a small cross‑functional team, collaborate with Engineering and external providers, and align internal product teams on backlog and roadmap.

• Experience leading platform products, not only user-facing or growth products.
• Strong product leadership: strategy, long-term roadmap, and people management.
• Ability to align internal teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision for the Communications Platform and define the long-term roadmap.
• Directly own the In App Communications area; shape backlog and drive releases.
