We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product / Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution across a business unit that spans multiple countries. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery that meets customer needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Product to define and execute on the company's strategy and goals. What You’ll Do

• Lead the product strategy and vision for a business unit that operates across different countries, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product priorities, establish product roadmaps, and ensure that the product is aligned with the company's overall strategy and customers' needs.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business unit and communicate effectively with executive leadership, ensuring alignment on product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the prioritization of problems to solve based on value analysis and stakeholder alignment from different countries, fostering teamwork and synergies between countries.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and support as they develop and launch successful products.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product to ensure product initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and vision.
• Ensure customer needs are incorporated into the product definition process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas to drive innovation and product excellence.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Product Management team and across the organization.

What You Bring

• Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment, managing products used across multiple countries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex business issues and develop creative solutions.
• Experience leading teams of Product Managers or Product Owners.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Fluency in English.

• Knowledge of Lean methodology and Kaizen philosophy.
