We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution across a business unit that spans multiple countries. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery that meets customer needs and business goals. Collaboration with the VP of Product will be essential to define and execute the company's strategy and goals. What You'll Do

• Lead the product strategy and vision for a multi-country business unit, working with cross-functional teams to define priorities, establish roadmaps, and align products with company strategy and customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business unit and communicate effectively with executive leadership to ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize problems to solve based on value analysis and stakeholder alignment, fostering teamwork and synergies between countries.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding them in developing and launching successful products.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product to ensure product initiatives align with strategic goals.
• Ensure customer needs are incorporated into product definitions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and organization.

What You Bring

• Experience working in a global, multicultural environment managing products used across multiple countries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing Product Managers or Product Owners.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and understanding of product development lifecycles.
• Fluency in English.
