AXA Partners is seeking a Product Governance Manager to lead the governance framework for Motor, Home and Health products, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with strategy. You will develop policies, monitor regulatory changes, liaise with legal, oversee product lifecycles, manage risk, and report to senior management while promoting continuous improvement and customer-focused governance.

Formación

• Experience in international environments with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the insurance sector and knowledge of regulations (POG governance).
• Strong commercial acumen and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product governance framework for Motor, Home and Health products.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance with AXA and external laws.
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory changes and update offerings.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to retirement with regular reviews.
• Establish criteria for product approval and discontinuation aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with insurance products; conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance policy alignment.
• Prepare reports for senior management detailing governance activities and recommendations.
• Develop training programs to promote awareness of governance policies.
