Allianz Commercial is seeking a strategic Engineering Lead to own enterprise platform products and connect technology decisions to business outcomes. You will translate business strategy into technical roadmaps, drive investment, and advise leadership with credible, business-focused insights.

You will define the platform roadmap, manage the budget and cost-to-serve, align Product, Security, Operations and Business, and mentor leaders to foster ownership and continuous improvement in a regulated

Formación

• 8+ years in technology roles with leadership of platforms/products
• 3+ years leading platforms or engineering orgs with end-to-end accountability
• Experience managing technology budgets and P&L
• Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare) preferred
• MBA or consulting background is a plus
• Excellent English for executive communication

Responsabilidades

• Own platform strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Manage platform P&L: budget, forecast, cost-to-serve, and investment decisions
• Align stakeholders across Product, Security, Operations, and Business
• Advise leadership translating technical topics into business language
• Govern delivery and reliability: track KPIs and ensure health and delivery
• Steer architecture decisions with reviews and technology selection
• Ensure regulatory soundness: oversee SLAs, incident maturity, audit readiness
• Develop the organization: mentor tech leads and engineers; foster ownership
