We’re seeking a Product Engineer / Software Developer to build innovative solutions, optimize systems, and tackle exciting technical challenges. You will play a key role in scaling our technology and delivering impactful solutions.

How Product Engineers work @ Qatium

Our teams are formed around functional verticals with their own vision and goals to drive iterations and value impact. They are structured as:

1. Multidisciplinary agile teams. Product Engineers, Product Designers, and Product Managers collaborate to deliver aligned with company OKRs.
2. Problem Solving and Product Development. Designing, building, and running scalable business processes.
3. Strategic planning. Contributing to the product cycle to identify growth opportunities and value creation.
4. Feedback is at the core. We prioritize testing, conversations, and short cycles to deliver value and gather early feedback.
5. Pair programming, Code Reviews, and TDD. We value quality and frequent code reviews.
6. Trunk-Based Development, Feature Flags, CI / CD. We love automation.
7. Communication. Being 100% remote, we extensively use Slack and Jira for work management. Some synchronous meetings occur weekly.

We value candidates with approximately 80% matching skills and similar technologies.

Technologies include:

• Jest or testing frameworks

Accessibility

Experience: 5+ years in software development, preferably within high-growth tech companies or product organizations. We seek mid to senior-level professionals.

Education: Experience and impact are valued, a degree or related technical education is a plus.

Expertise: Proven track record in developing and scaling innovative, user-centric products that drive business impact. Cross-functional collaboration experience is essential.

Other requirements

English communication skills (written and verbal). Spanish is a plus.

Availability for occasional travel for team meetings, client workshops, or industry events.

Genuine interest in environmental issues and sustainability.

Compensation: Based on experience.
