ALDIA collaborates with its own group of consultants to improve quality, create stability, minimize risks, and provide technological and innovative solutions by being involved in all phases of the entire process lifecycle, incorporating agile methodologies.

We are currently seeking Product Engineers with a high level of English or Italian proficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the technical feasibility of the product during offer and development stages, in line with company methodology, working closely with the Product Engineering Master.
2. Apply standardized solutions and Lessons Learned across all product development processes for all business unit clients.
3. Conduct design reviews under the supervision of the Design Master.
4. Ensure timely development and delivery of prototypes according to customer and FDS milestones.
5. Participate in product and process FMEAs.
6. Analyze technical test reports and collaborate with Quality Design Engineers to implement necessary technical countermeasures.
7. Collaborate with manufacturing teams on product industrialization.
8. Manage product modifications effectively during development phases.
9. Support business competitiveness by improving costs, quality, and product performance, adopting new technical solutions based on competitor analysis and benchmarking.
10. Work with Purchasing and suppliers to optimize components concerning cost, quality, and manufacturability.
11. Ensure CAD (3D & 2D) design development.
12. Propose Technical Lessons Learned during industrialization.
13. Coordinate with client engineering teams for effective product development.
