The company has been profitable since 2018 and is now experiencing over 100% YoY revenue growth. Few, if any, pure consumer app companies are scaling at our pace.

The marketing side of Welltech is highly effective, generating millions of installs per month, led by top industry growth and marketing talent. We have a proven ability to acquire users and monetize globally. Our next focus is to increase LTV through better retention by delivering exceptional user experiences across all apps.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Director of Product, based in Poland, Spain, or Cyprus. Reporting to the CPO, you will oversee the development of critical shared products, including user identification, authentication, profiles, customer success, and other capabilities that enable rapid experimentation and innovation across all user segments.

You will manage both major product innovations and high-velocity incremental feature development to deliver value to users.

• Own the strategic objectives for your product portfolio.
• Build and operate a winning product portfolio to enable fast experimentation across user segments.
• Champion a user-centric approach in all initiatives.
• Develop and execute a clear product vision aligned with company goals.
• Prioritize roadmaps and oversee product planning, including feature prioritization and requirement definition.
• Lead and motivate product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving KPIs.
• Mentor teams and ensure seamless collaboration with core product functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Director or Senior Product Manager managing complex initiatives.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
• Strategic thinking with business acumen to align initiatives with company objectives.
• Experience in building and scaling platform products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of data privacy requirements.
