Role overview:

Reporting to the Country Managing Directo, the Country Product Director designs and delivers the country product strategy with Country Marketing Director aligned with Pluxee\'s product vision in close collaboration with the Country Leadership Team. He/she oversees the deployment of the country product strategy across the company and working closely with the local leadership team. He/she oversees the country product roadmap and is accountable for the delivery with the country CIO and Global Product & Tech teams. He/she ensures the tracking of product performance and contributes to go to market process aligned with local business requirements and product strategy and vision. He/she contributes to Pluxee’s Product Vision, Product Strategy and ensure common processes are in place locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Value & Mutualization

• delivers value to the country and to the whole Pluxee group by following our key strategic initiatives (grow and diversify our revenues, ...)
• identifies and delivers offers & initiatives in collaboration with Country Marketing Director that can have a Pluxee-wide impact (pioneering them and testing them)
• delivers mutualization of products across the group through the deployment of the company\'s common product architecture.
• improves the global performance (revenue, cost, roi)
• develops new business opportunities to growth through product development and strategic product partnerships. (e.g. with benefit providers).

Product Vision, Strategy & Product Development

• contributes to and evangelizes Pluxee\'s product vision and product architecture taking into account the knowledge from the country.
• develops the country’s product strategy, vision & roadmap aligned with Pluxee\'s Product vision and strategy.
• Manages and delivers the product roadmap, prioritizing based on data. Participates to LPM.
• contributes to the deployment of a common product architecture such as to mutualize and re-use our investments.
• Leads product discovery to assess new products and features, mapping clients needs, detailing product solution and developing business case to assess the viability of the project in close collaboration with his/her marketing counterpart.
• manages product communication process, supporting sales and customer service areas on delivering the products in coordination with the Country Marketing Director.
• contributes to the delivery of sales content / training materials

Go to market

• Work with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy.
• Delivers sales content / training materials in close collaboration with marketing teams

People Management & Processes

• Structures, empowers, grows (skills, training) the country Product Organization
• deploys common standard processes (LACe & LPM)
• Promotes collaboration and cooperation with other departments
• Share best-practices with other fellow Country Product Director and members of the Product organization.

You're a match:

Certifications Requirements:

Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent preferred.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

Work Experience Requirements:

10+ years of experience in product development.

5+ years in a senior leadership role.
