Formación

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de productos en la industria farmacéutica o de dispositivos médicos.
• Conocimientos en selección de donantes e inmunohematología son un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar con gerentes de producto para definir requisitos y objetivos de nuevos productos.
• Realizar pruebas de instrumentos y middleware para detectar errores y proponer mejoras.

The Product Development and Support department at Diagnostic Grifols is seeking a Product Development and Support Specialist to join our team.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Tracking the defined strategy for system products, collaborating with Product Managers to drive the established objectives for new products, ensuring that the customer's voice is a key input in decision-making.
• Defining requirements for the products to be developed, gathering the needs of all stakeholders.
• Testing the instruments and middleware in development to detect errors and propose improvements.
• Investigating the scenarios described by Application Technicians who are in contact with the customer. You will resolve and respond to their questions and inquiries.
• Preparing and executing usability studies of the developed products.
• Designing and writing technical information for Application Technicians and conducting training courses on the portfolio.
• Writing user manuals for the developed products.

Who you are:

• You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry being a plus.
• Knowledge on donor screening and/or immunohaematology will be a plus.
• You have an advanced English level (C1.1).
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• You excel in teamwork and possess excellent communication skills.
