Key Responsibilities :

• Taking incoming customer calls and solving users' demands
• Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
• Providing response and resolution within SLA

Requirements :

• Proficient or bilingual in Dutch plus an advanced level of English
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs
• A working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications would be a plus: Windows / MS Office / internet configuration
