Location: HQ - Copenhagen | Full-time (37 hours/week) | Start date preferable: 01-07-2025

SAMSØE SAMSØE is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Development and Production manager to join our Production team of six. The primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations for a portfolio of suppliers, working closely with the design and pattern teams, as well as merchandising and CSR.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage style portfolio from sourcing to production delivery
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships within the category
• Manage sample orders and follow up on delivery and timelines
• Review samples and approve colours, quality, etc., in collaboration with the design and pattern teams
• Ensure sustainability goals are met for each product group/style portfolio
• Coordinate timely delivery of samples and finished products, ensuring correct quality, location, and terms
• Price negotiation
• KPI’s: Margins and prices, sample availability, delivery performance and supplier development

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a relevant degree (minimum 2 years of education)
• Experience from a similar position is preferred
• You are curious, eager to learn, and open to gaining insight into production workflows
• Motivated, reliable, and professional
• Structured, ambitious, and capable of setting goals for yourself
• Thrive working independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient with systems such as Microsoft Office, PLM and ERP
