Formación

Responsibilities :

• Planning and follow-up of regular meetings with Partners / Clients (within the limits defined by the Platform Product Director).
• Coordinating with DMS / CRM Resources to complete the data available in the Sandbox (Test environments) for Partners / Clients to test their developments.
• Participating in End-to-End test sessions with Partners to validate the behavior of Partner / Client developments on different DMS / CRM systems.
• Supporting the piloting of the Application and assisting in setting up the applications (authorizing the App to access the Pilot dealer’s data after client signature), and maintaining deployed application documentation provided by Partners and Clients.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
