We are looking for individuals with strong product mindsets and who value good technical practices.

We use technology to create a seamless product experience, collaborating with design, product management, and other engineers. We aim to move away from silos towards a T-shaped mentality, so versatility in both frontend and backend tasks is expected.

Despite being remote, our team practices pair programming and other extreme programming practices such as TDD, DDD, and clean code. Experience in these areas is valued.

Our tech stack includes Node.js, React, MongoDB, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, AWS, but mastery of all is not required. We focus on principles like domain-driven design, hexagonal architecture, and decoupling monoliths. For upcoming projects, experience with Node.js, Typescript, React, MongoDB, and MySQL will be advantageous.

We invest in continuous learning and expect team members to be eager to learn and refine their skills. Practice is essential.
