• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience focused on B2C mobile apps.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Designer at Elfie, based out of our Paris office, you will contribute to saving lives by creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences that make health tracking simple and motivating. Your role involves designing user-friendly interfaces for the mobile app that transform complex health data into accessible interactions, increasing patient engagement and helping to maximize global health impacts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work closely with product managers to understand core product challenges
• Design user interfaces and experiences for Elfie’s target audience
• Create comprehensive design solutions using Figma
• Develop user journey flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and interaction analysis
• Optimize user experience through data-driven insights
• Create prototypes and UI assets
• Iteratively improve designs based on user feedback and analytics

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 4+ years UI/UX design experience (B2C mobile app)
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite a plus)
• Excellent English communication skills (French preferred but not mandatory)

• Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie's free app is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies seeking to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. They cover operational costs and promote the app.
• Insurers and employers: Elfie premium (ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers, aimed at maintaining employee health and reducing healthcare costs. It is developed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker.
