Huspy is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience, shaping how our real estate tools look and feel. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product managers to deliver intuitive, high-impact features from concept to implementation.

You will continuously refine designs based on real user feedback and analytics, ensuring the product evolves with users’ needs and business goals across the EMEA region.

Formación

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience across web, apps, dashboards and B2B/B2C products.
• Fast prototyping and iteration to validate concepts.
• Portfolio demonstrating design expertise and launches.
• Keen eye for pixel-perfect UI design, layout and typography.
• Branding principles applied to products.
• Extensive knowledge of design systems and Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Customer-obsessed mindset delivering wow moments.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end UX from ideation to final implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis and contextual studies.
• Deliver high-impact features quickly with a focus on value for users.
• Post-launch, measure impact via feedback and analytics and iterate.
• Align design choices with business goals and communicate value clearly.
