Salary Range: 1,450 - 1,900 EUR net + performance bonus (paid in August and February)

We're looking for a Product Designer & Developer – Physical Products to join our Product Design & Development team.
This is not a fashion-design focused role — we need someone versatile who can combine user research, concept development, technical execution and commercial awareness across physical-product categories like delivery bags and backpacks, motorbike accessories, protective equipment, smart or connected delivery products, packaging, workwear and uniforms.
You're the kind of person who can take an unclear question, structure the research, compare alternatives, and land on a practical, well-costed recommendation. You enjoy creative work, but you know a successful product also has to be manufacturable, commercially viable and clearly documented — so you move comfortably between design, technical documentation and supplier conversations.
This role suits someone proactive, analytical and comfortable with ambiguity and limited supervision. It's not intended as a purely conceptual, visual, fashion-focused, graphic-design or digital-product role.
