Lodgify, a fast-growing scale-up in Barcelona, is looking for a Product Designer to shape intuitive experiences for vacation rental hosts worldwide. You will partner with Product, Engineering and Research to own the end-to-end design process from discovery to production-ready UI.

You will translate complex host needs into elegant interfaces, contribute to the Design System, and leverage AI tools to enhance the design lifecycle while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience designing SaaS products from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to translate complex user problems into simple, elegant interfaces.
• Strong expertise in interaction design, user flows, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes.
• Experience applying and contributing to Design Systems to drive consistency across the platform.
• Hands-on experience using qualitative research, product analytics, and experimentation to validate design decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct user research, analyze product data, and identify friction points across journeys.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.

As a Product Designer at Lodgify, you will shape intuitive digital experiences that empower independent vacation rental hosts worldwide to grow their businesses. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Research, you will own the end-to-end design process—from customer discovery to production-ready UI—solving complex user problems with high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Deepen customer understanding by conducting user research, analyzing product data, and identifying friction points across customer journeys.
• Design intuitive product experiences by translating complex user requirements into seamless wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Validate solutions through evidence by building early prototypes, running usability tests, and iterating based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Deliver exceptional execution quality by crafting polished UI components with high attention to detail and user-centered interaction patterns.
• Evolve the Design System by contributing reusable patterns that maintain consistency and scale design standards across the platform.
• Connect solutions to ecosystem goals by applying systems thinking to ensure features align with technical feasibility and business outcomes.
• Leverage modern AI tools to streamline research, ideation, and execution while discovering novel ways AI can enhance user experience.

• Strong expertise in interaction design, user workflow mapping, and building high-fidelity Figma prototypes.
• Experience applying and contributing to Design Systems to drive platform-wide visual and operational consistency.
• Hands-on experience using qualitative research, product analytics, and experimentation to validate design decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
• Curiosity and practical experience using AI-powered tools to optimize the product design lifecycle.

• Deliver high-quality, production-ready features that measurably reduce host friction and boost key user engagement metrics.
• Establish trusted cross-functional partnerships with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to streamline discovery and delivery.
• Expand the platform Design System by contributing key components and patterns that elevate overall product consistency.
• Demonstrate a strong data-informed practice by using customer insights, usability testing, and analytics to validate every major release.
