Zernio, a bootstrapped team of 9 in Spain, seeks a designer-entrepreneur to own the product design end-to-end—from the dashboard to docs and onboarding, shaping the experience for developers and AI agents.

You will design and ship products to production yourself, ensuring the platform is easy to use for every human and every agent that touches it. This role is solo, with the team available for support as needed.

Description du poste

We're looking for a designer and an entrepreneur. In one person.

Zernio is a bootstrapped team of 9 in Spain building marketing infrastructure for AI agents. We crossed $5M in ARR in about a year and have over 10,000 paying users. We're doubling down on humans and will double the team in the next 3 months.

From day one you own the design of the whole product by hand: the dashboard, the docs, onboarding, and how both developers and AI agents experience Zernio... basically everything.

Your goal is not only to make things look good, but to make Zernio easy to use for every human and every agent that touches it. You figure out what matters, you design it, and you ship it to production yourself.

One thing is non-negotiable: you've designed and shipped your own product before, end to end.

This person will work alone, without supervision, and without a team. You won't get told what to do, but the team will always be available to help.

You will work long hours but will participate in a project that's growing fast, and that growth will also reward you.

If you don't work well without a manager, need to be told what to do, or prefer not having this level of responsibility, Zernio is not for you.
