About the Position :

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our fast-paced technology team and shape the future of our Medicines Marketplace—a platform connecting healthcare providers with the medicines they need.

This platform addresses key issues such as fragmentation, unfair pricing, lack of transparency, and quality by building a sophisticated B2B procurement system focusing on aggregation, fairness, and transparency. It enables seamless transactions, regulatory compliance, and real-time collaboration among buyers, sellers, and internal teams.

Role Details :

You will collaborate daily with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, including our CTO, to design intuitive, scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and unlock new capabilities. Your main partner will be our Product Manager, working closely to identify customer needs and design solutions in partnership with engineers. We value teamwork and inclusive collaboration throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :

Design core Marketplace features for buyer and supplier journeys, balancing usability with regulatory and operational needs.
Simplify complex workflows such as order management, pricing, and compliance into intuitive user experiences.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate solutions and guide development.
Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, conduct user interviews, and validate designs through testing.
Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products.
Champion accessibility and UX best practices in all deliverables.
Support internal brand marketing initiatives and collaborate with external agencies to ensure visual and messaging alignment.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years designing products for B2B platforms, marketplaces, or operational tools.
A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for complex workflows or enterprise systems.
Proficiency with Figma, interaction design, prototyping, and responsive design principles.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to explain design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, logistics, or supply chain design challenges.
