What You Will Do

• Design engaging, user-centered digital experiences across different platforms, combining research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping to create intuitive, functional products aligned with business goals.
• User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and market trends to inform design decisions.
• Ideation & Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop initial design concepts using workflows, wireframes, and AI-powered tools to build quick MVPs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test the user experience.
• UI/UX Design: Design the look, feel, and layout of the product interface, ensuring it is aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and focused on simplicity and productivity.
• Ownership: Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features from discovery to delivery within a cross-functional team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure product viability and alignment with business goals.
• Testing & Iteration: Test designs with users and incorporate feedback to refine functionality, usability, and aesthetics before launch.
• Design Systems & Standards: Contribute to design systems, ensuring accessibility standards are met and consistency is maintained.

What You Will Bring

• Solid product design background: 3-5+ years of product design experience.
• User-Centered Design: A deep understanding of user needs and how to design for them.
• UX/UI Principles: Expertise in UX and UI design principles.
• Design Software Proficiency:
• Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Proficiency in AI-powered design tools (ChatGPT/Claude for copy, Midjourney for concepts).
• Experience with prototyping tools for complex interactions.
• Familiarity with design handoff tools (Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS principles (preferred).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in complex workflows and data visualization.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, give direction, and present to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: A high standard for design quality and meticulousness.
• Stakeholders’ management: Interviewing, presenting, and requirements collection.
• Portfolio: Show your design process from research to final UI. Include case studies demonstrating problem-solving for complex workflows and examples of data visualization or dashboard design (preferred).
• Additional qualities: Quick learner, proactive, self-driven, and flexible to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem solving; if you don’t know the answer, you’ll know how to find a way to it. Multi-tasking with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize accordingly.
