The role :

As the Product Content Lead, you will play a key role in delivering product content to our digital shelves, overseeing everything from sourcing to distribution. You will shape governance, processes, and technology while developing global shared services. Collaborating closely with shared services (IBS), IT, and Data Governance, you will establish the foundational elements that support our global group strategy. Join us in driving innovation and excellence in product content management!

What you’ll do :

  1. Shape the Future : Define and align both the short-term and long-term vision for our product content management capabilities. Collaborate across functions and zones to establish essential building blocks, including success metrics, a comprehensive roadmap, and an innovative service catalog design.
  2. Lead Global Technologies : Take ownership of global technologies such as the Product Data Hub (PDH) and publication tools like Salsify. Identify and address technology and data gaps while supporting the development of aligned Technology and Data roadmaps.
  3. Standardize Processes : Define and optimize processes, roles, and responsibilities to enhance ways of working. Drive global alignment and implement best practices to establish a robust operating model for Product Content Management at global, zone, and local levels.
  4. Foster Community Engagement : Build a vibrant community of local Product Content champions and collaborate effectively with global teams, including Group Marketing, SBUs, and Operations. Enhance capabilities by sharing best practices through initiatives like Wegrow and developing training courses through the eCommerce Academy.

What will make you a great fit?

  1. Academical background in Business Administration, Computer Science or similar.
  2. 10 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales departments / roles both in market and global experience.
  3. At least 3 years specific domain expertise working with Digital shelf publication tools, with deep knowledge working with PXM technologies such as Salsify or Syndigo.
  4. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, at all levels within the organization and negotiation skills with 3rd parties.
  5. Highly developed project management skills.
  6. Professional proficiency in English.
