Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance and quality assurance of our non-food pet products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.

Responsibilities :

  • Review and organize technical documentation for consumer and pet products.
  • Manage and register non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Support internal own-brand product development teams.
  • Contribute to quality reporting and data analysis.
  • Review information in instruction manuals and packaging.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Previous work experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Knowledge of product quality norms, certifications, and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential.
