What you will do:

• Collaborate on deconstructing product OKRs from business leadership into team-facing leading metrics
• Help design and then build dashboards to enable the product team to see if their metrics are on track
• Evaluate the effect of implementing features on metrics (without A/B testing)
• Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover actionable product insights and opportunities from our existing data
• Provide ad-hoc analytics support as needed by product teams such as reviewing statistics done by Product Managers or consulting on the design of internal learning analytics which trigger automated processes

• Monthly Compensation of 3300 - 4500 Euros (gross) per month.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to choose an appropriate statistical test and perform it on real-world data
• Experience independently analyzing data and generating hypotheses/insights using industry-standard analytics tools (i.e. SQL, Python)
• Strong data communication and interpretation including designing data visualizations (i.e. Tableau), constructing custom metrics, and validating methodologies
• English proficiency of B2 or above

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience doing analytics on educational products
• Experience with Spark
