PURPOSE

Contributes to AXA Group Operations development and transformation by identifying, organizing, and managing the transformations needed to reach business objectives.

PRIMARY MISSIONS

The Product & Agile Transformation Officer manages transformations to support AXA Group Operations and the Client organization's adoption of a product-driven target operating model and an agile way of achieving business objectives.

He/She oversees all areas of the business, identifies and implements necessary changes to enable AXA GO businesses to perform as a product-driven organization with a value-driven mindset.

He/She produces financial assessments of potential initiatives and transformation projects, reviewing new and existing processes or ways of working, to support AXA GO strategy.

When implementing changes, he/she drives the change, especially for initiatives with high impact on the organization, to deliver measurable improvements.

He/She maintains strong communication across all company departments and helps colleagues understand the reasons behind restructures or changes.

DETAILED ACTIVITIES

Lead streams of Product-driven organization and agile ways of working transformation.

Manage the definition, implementation, and deployment of the operating model for the Product-driven transformation program, with support from GO organization representatives and teams.

Manage stakeholder involvement, understanding, and support for the program scope, including division heads, department heads, product managers, teams, and support functions.

Define, implement, and track program KPIs.

Manage governance and reporting related to the scope.

Support GO teams in adopting Agile ways of working and Product Management best practices, including formalizing training, supporting setup and adoption, and animating communities.

Manage the consistency and clarity of the GO Target Operating Model and participate in related initiatives such as reorg readiness, process/role definition, and tools implementation.

Contribute to GO TOM governance, communication, and onboarding efforts, collaborating with IT sourcing, Change Management, and other transformation leads.
