We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Producer to join our in-house team in Valencia, Spain.

If you excel at managing teams, coordinating projects, and meeting deadlines, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the game development lifecycle from concept to release.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, artists, and QA.
  • Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Provide strong communication and leadership within the team.
  • Resolve problems efficiently and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.

Desired Requirements

  • Experience as a producer, project manager, or similar role in game development or related fields.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Experience working in agile environments like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of budget and resource management.
  • Experience managing external partners, outsourcing, or co-development.
  • Passion for video games and awareness of industry trends.
  • Skill in gathering and prioritizing stakeholder feedback.
  • Experience shipping multi-platform games (consoles, PC).
  • Familiarity with QA processes and quality assurance pipelines.
  • Flexible working hours with the option for remote work one day per week.
