We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Producer to join our in-house team in Valencia, Spain.

If you excel at managing teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring deadlines are met, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand the game development lifecycle from concept to release.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, artists, QA).
• Use project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Show strong problem-solving abilities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English, working in a bilingual environment.

Desired Requirements

• Experience as a producer, project manager, or similar role in game development or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation.
• Experience managing external partners (outsourcing, co-development).
• Passion for video games and awareness of industry trends.
• Ability to gather and prioritize stakeholder feedback.
• Experience shipping multi-platform games (consoles, PC).
• Familiarity with QA processes and quality assurance pipelines.
• Flexible working hours with remote work options one day per week.
