We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Producer to join our in-house team in Valencia, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Manage the game development lifecycle from concept to release.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, artists, and QA.
• Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Lead and communicate effectively within the team.
• Resolve problems efficiently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience as a producer, project manager, or similar role in game development or related fields.
• Ability to handle multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation.
• Experience managing external partners, outsourcing, or co-development.
• A passion for video games and awareness of industry trends.
• Skill in gathering and prioritizing stakeholder feedback.
• Experience shipping multi-platform games (consoles, PC).
• Understanding of QA processes and quality assurance pipelines.
