WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

You will agree, in accordance with company and client regulations, on the purchase of raw materials and services, meeting cost, quality, and delivery objectives, and managing contracts with the assigned supplier companies.

You will negotiate, according to project requirements, the necessary raw materials and services, and ensure compliance with contractual conditions as agreed with suppliers. Collaborate with any department within your area of responsibility that requires support to maintain the scope and conditions of established contracts and ensure customer satisfaction. Research, identify, and assess risks of alternative supplier companies with similar technology to current ones, and manage the necessary documentation to obtain offers and ensure supply in terms of lead time, quality, and cost. Compare and propose the received offers from suppliers to meet project requirements. Review and suggest improvements to contract terms with suppliers to ensure market competitiveness and cost optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year of work experience in the functions detailed
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Office 365, specifically Excel
• Availability to travel occasionally
