Formación

  • Experiencia en tareas administrativas como facturación y pagos.

We produce semi-finished products of copper and its alloys for sectors such as energy, automotive, telecommunications, construction, metal packaging and the railway industry, among others.

Your role

Manage the supply of materials, supplies and non-copper services to the entire Company, optimizing cost and service time while ensuring the correct internal documentary circuit and both physical and administrative validation of the goods and services received.

Manage the warehouses assigned to guarantee the availability of stocks as well as the control of their inventory, keeping them in an optimal state of order and cleanliness for their use and minimizing the cost of the same.

Ensure the entry and exit of non-copper materials (physically and digitally) as well as distribute the materials received to the different production plants.

You will be responsible for:

  • Be proactive in internal customer service, giving appropriate and agile responses to the requests received, informing the applicant of any changes that have occurred with respect to the initial request.
  • Compliance with the procedures established for daily operations.
  • Act as interlocutor with external suppliers.
  • Control of the physical reception of materials guaranteeing the correspondance and quality of the materials received.
  • Distribute the material that corresponds to each productive plant with the corresponding reception and delivery cages.
  • Administrative reception in SAP.
  • Order management and subsequent tracking of deliveries as needed.
  • Manage purchases imports of non-copper.
  • Carry out the monthly physical inventories and ensure the correct imputation to the corresponding CECO guaranteeing the correct execution of movements and allocation of costs.

Requirements

What do we look for?

You will rock at this role if you:

  • Minimum education: FP II or GS Administration.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in administrative tasks (invoicing, payment of VAT to suppliers...).
  • Basic notions of accounting, at user level.
  • Technical knowledge in industrial spare parts (hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics,...).
  • Essential intermediate level of English, both written and spoken (to communicate with international suppliers).
  • Have an electric and/or manual forklift license.
  • Very valuable to have worked with ERP SAP.
  • Knowledge at user level of office package (Excel, Word, Office 365)
