Tamarind Intelligence is seeking a Procurement Digital, AI & Transformation Partner to lead the global procurement technology agenda from Barcelona. You will sit at the intersection of procurement, technology and business transformation, shaping the digital roadmap and driving adoption across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and digital teams to deliver impactful improvements using AI, automation and analytics, in a hybrid Barcelona-based environment

Formación

• Significant experience in Procurement Excellence, Transformation, or technology leadership.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and operating models.
• Experience shaping and delivering procurement technology roadmaps.
• Expertise with platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer.
• Experience delivering procurement transformation programmes with governance and stakeholder adoption.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, analytics and digital procurement solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working within complex multinational environments.
• Excellent communication bridging business and technology.

About the Company

Our client is a global organisation undergoing an exciting period of Procurement transformation, investing heavily in Digital, Data, Automation and AI capabilities to enhance how Procurement delivers value across the business. The Procurement function is evolving from a traditional sourcing model towards a more strategic, technology-enabled partner to the business. As a result, they are looking for a senior leader to help shape the future Procurement operating model, digital roadmap and technology strategy.

About the Role

As Procurement Digital, AI & Transformation Partner, you will sit at the intersection of Procurement, Technology and Business Transformation. Working closely with Procurement Leadership, Digital teams and senior business stakeholders, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the Procurement digital roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage technology, AI and automation to improve business outcomes across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence the future direction of Procurement globally.

Required Skills

• Significant experience in Procurement Excellence, Procurement Transformation, Digital Procurement or Procurement Technology leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and Procurement operating models.
• Experience shaping and delivering procurement technology roadmaps.
• Expertise with platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer or similar.
• Experience delivering procurement transformation programmes, including process improvement, governance and stakeholder adoption.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, analytics and digital procurement solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business, procurement and technology leaders.
• Experience working within complex multinational environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
