As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating goods and services on behalf of Weewoo. This role works with various departments within Weewoo to identify their procurement needs, develop purchasing strategies, and execute procure-to-pay processes.

What you´ll be doing as a Procurement Specialist

• Identification and selection of potential suppliers: research and identify potential suppliers that meet the organization's requirements, including quality, quantity, delivery, and cost.
• Contract negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
• Manage supplier relationships: maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Procurement Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Procurement Strategy Development: Develop procurement strategies based on organizational needs and objectives, including risk management and supplier diversity.
• Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Procurement Process Management: Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including issuing purchase orders, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate record keeping.

What are we looking for?

You´re a great fit if you have...

• Minimum 2 years of Procurement experience in a digital environment.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-disciplinary and geographically diverse group of suppliers and deliver results on time.
• Degree or bachelor's degree in marketing, ADE, international business, or related disciplines.
• High communication, strategic, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced level of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Advanced Office skills.
• Self-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
• Any knowledge of a language other than English would be an asset.
