osapiens is seeking a Solution Expert for Supplier Intelligence & Procurement to own the SME for the osapiens HUB. You will define best-practice configurations, produce enablement content, and train Delivery, Support, and CS teams.

The role supports lighthouse projects and complex escalations, with a focus on content over repetitive onboarding. Location options include Madrid or Munich, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

Formación

• Several years in procurement and supplier management transformation.
• Deep knowledge of supplier risk, onboarding, and audits.
• Regulatory understanding of EU drivers (LkSG, CSDDD).
• Comfort with supplier data, master data, hierarchies, interfaces.
• Ability to translate complex topics into concise, repeatable content.

Responsabilidades

• Own the subject matter for the solution area and define best-practice configurations.
• Create enablement content for releases: short videos, eLearning inputs, webinars.
• Enable Delivery, Support and CS through training and certification.
• Provide second-line SME support for onboardings, support tickets, and CS.
