McAfee is seeking a Procurement Excellence Lead to drive best practices across procurement operations and supplier relationships. You will own the Supplier Lifecycle from sourcing to offboarding, lead Governance, SRM and procurement operations, and ensure compliance with policies and ethics.

You will champion ESG initiatives, optimize contracting and purchasing processes, and coordinate change across multiple countries in a hybrid Spain-based role.

Formación

• 10 years of professional experience in procurement operations, sourcing or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Extensive experience in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to senior leadership.
• Strong data analytics abilities to derive actionable insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams.
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams; CPSM/CPP/CIPS/SPSM/CSCP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as SME and drives best practices in procurement processes across the function and business.
• Defines and owns the Supplier Lifecycle process from Sourcing to Offboarding.
• Leads a team covering Governance, SRM, TPRM and Procurement Operations.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations and ethical standards; mitigates risks.
• Drives ESG agenda across GPS and supplier ecosystem.
• Reviews sourcing, purchasing and contracting for efficiencies and improvements.
• Performs high-quality analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leads change management and project implementations across countries.
