Are you a Procurement SAP Business Analyst seeking a new and interesting challenge?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented individual to join our team and perform the following tasks:

1. Ensure procurement technology solutions comply with relevant regulations, technology strategy, and security standards.
2. Research and assess procurement software and tools to determine their suitability for the organization's needs.
3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations within the Procurement business.
4. Collaborate closely with Headquarters Global teams.
5. Provide training and support to procurement teams and end-users on procurement technology solutions.
6. Gather and document business requirements related to procurement processes and technology needs.
7. Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the procurement function.
8. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
9. Create and maintain documentation of procurement processes, technology configurations, and user guides.
10. Assist in managing the change process when implementing new procurement technologies to ensure smooth transitions.
11. Generate reports and dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs and provide insights to management.
12. Collaborate with technology vendors to understand product capabilities, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful implementations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in incident management and resolution.
3. Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or business analysis.
4. Familiarity with procurement software and technology solutions.
5. Experience with S/4HANA.
6. Experience with SAC.
7. Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
