Are you a Procurement SAP Business Analyst seeking a new interesting challenge?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Ensure procurement technology solutions comply with relevant regulations, technology strategy and security standards.
• Research and assess procurement software and tools to determine their suitability for the organization's needs.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations within the Procurement business.
• Work closely with Headquarters Global teams.
• Provide training and support to procurement teams and end-users on the use of procurement technology solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements related to procurement processes and technology needs.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the procurement function.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation of procurement processes, technology configurations, and user guides.
• Assist in managing the change process when implementing new procurement technologies to ensure smooth transitions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with technology vendors to understand product capabilities, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful implementations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Years' experience: minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Experienced in Incident management and resolution
• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with procurement software and technology solutions.
• Experience with S4 Hana.
• Experience with SAC.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.

Workplace: Remote (from Spain)
