Job Description :

In this role, you'll be responsible for securing the availability of a portfolio of outsourced products, spare parts, consumables, commodities, and special engineering materials for delivery in Europe. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to manage a diversified portfolio of articles to maximize service levels and inventory turns.

Responsibilities include :

• Placing orders with internal and external suppliers within sourcing agreements and inventory management policies.
• Monitoring supplier deliveries and confirmations.
• Identifying and resolving gaps independently and escalating unresolved issues.
• Preparing, analyzing, and communicating monthly forecasts to suppliers.
• Discussing feasibility and finding alternative solutions to mitigate constraints.
• Measuring and analyzing supplier delivery performance and implementing improvement plans.
• Identifying opportunities to improve inventory turns and supplier performance.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement management within a factory or logistics environment.
• MSc or technical degree in supply chain management.
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a strong advantage.
• Practical experience with SAP MM module.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages, especially French, is a plus.
