Formación

Job Description:

Enfinity Global is seeking a Procurement Manager to join the corporate procurement department for PV solar and BESS projects. Reporting to the Head of Procurement (Europe), this role is responsible for closing contracts for the supply of main equipment and project construction. Key responsibilities include preparing RFIs, RFPs, negotiating with contractors, and coordinating with development and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong PV market procurement experience, technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project and contract needs.
• Develop and assess suppliers based on sourcing strategies.
• Maintain and expand supplier relationships.
• Lead tender processes, negotiate, and finalize deals with suppliers and contractors.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding procurement status.
• Conduct cost analyses and negotiations to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Review project cost reports and perform variance analyses.
• Collaborate with legal to ensure favorable contract terms.
• Track and report during negotiations.
• Support team objectives and process improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Engineering degree (mandatory); master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in the solar PV industry, including international projects.
• Strong knowledge of industrial project procurement and contract management.
• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated.
• Experience managing large-scale solar, wind, or storage projects.
• Familiarity with procurement and supply chain systems data integration.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
