Destinus is seeking a Procurement Lead for our Madrid site to own local procurement and align with global strategy. You will lead a small team, manage the supplier base, and ensure timely end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D.
You bring 5-8+ years in manufacturing procurement, strong negotiation and supplier management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Aerospace/defense exposure is a strong plus; thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You bring structure to fast-moving environments, take ownership when problems appear, and stay focused on solutions. You are comfortable balancing global strategy with local operational realities and enjoy working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to keep things moving.
