Köppen Executive, a multinational industrial company, seeks a Global Procurement Specialist to join its Procurement team. The role supports the global procurement strategy across Europe and Latin America and collaborates with local teams to ensure direct material supply.

You will drive supplier development, digitalization, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on cross-functional engagement and strategic contracting.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Procurement within industrial manufacturing companies.
  • Direct Procurement experience (raw materials, components or production materials) is highly valued.
  • Proven experience negotiating with national and international suppliers.
  • Good understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • High level of English for international collaboration.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the Procurement teams across the Group's manufacturing sites in Europe and Latin America.
  • Contribute to the definition and deployment of the Corporate Direct Procurement strategy.
  • Negotiate with national and international suppliers for sourcing of raw materials, components and production materials.
  • Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, evaluation and development processes.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, standardization initiatives and synergies across sites.
  • Participate in negotiation of global framework agreements and strategic contracts.
  • Analyze market trends, commodity developments and supply risks.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor corporate procurement KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
  • Analyze procurement performance and propose action plans for improvements.
  • Support digitalization and transformation of Procurement systems and tools.
  • Participate in corporate transformation projects aimed at improving the Procurement function.

Would you like to join a multinational industrial company with an international footprint and contribute to its global procurement strategy?

We are looking for a Global Procurement Specialist to join the Global Procurement team of a multinational industrial company with operations across Europe and Latin America.

This is an international role that will work cross-functionally with the local procurement teams at each manufacturing site, supporting the implementation of the global procurement strategy while participating in supplier development, digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your mission

As a Global Procurement Specialist, you will become part of the global direct procurement team, supporting the definition and implementation of the Group's procurement strategy across its different manufacturing plants.

You will work closely with local Procurement, Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure the supply of direct materials, identify synergies across sites, optimize costs, develop strategic supplier relationships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Procurement function.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the Procurement teams across the Group's manufacturing sites in Europe and Latin America.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Procurement within industrial manufacturing companies.
  • Previous experience in Direct Procurement (raw materials, components or production materials) will be highly valued.
  • Proven experience negotiating with national and international suppliers.
  • Good understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • High level of English, essential for working in an international environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis tools will be considered an asset.
