Destinus is seeking a professional Company Driver to support leadership with secure, timely transportation in an international defense-focused environment. You will coordinate routes, maintain vehicles, and uphold confidentiality while traveling within Spain and abroad.

The ideal candidate brings proven executive driving experience, a clean record, and English fluency, with willingness to travel and adapt to flexible hours. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Madrid operations.

Formación

• Proven experience as a private, executive, corporate, or security-conscious driver.
• Driving licence type B with more than two years of driving experience in Spain.
• Basic knowledge of security driving, defensive driving, risk awareness, and safe passenger transportation.
• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Fluency in English; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport company executives, visitors, and team members to meetings, airports, company locations, and other destinations.
• Plan routes efficiently, adapting to traffic, schedules, security considerations, and last-minute changes.
• Apply basic security and defensive driving practices, maintaining strong situational awareness and responding calmly to unexpected situations.
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including cleanliness, inspections, and coordination of servicing.
• Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professional conduct at all times.
• Support logistics and transportation-related tasks when required.
• Represent Destinus professionally during interactions with partners, clients, and authorities.
• Travel occasionally within Spain or internationally to support company activities, depending on operational needs.

Requirements

What You\'ll Need

• Proven experience as a private, executive, corporate, or security-conscious driver
