McAfee is hiring a Procurement Excellence Lead to drive process optimization across the supplier lifecycle and governance. You will implement best practices, lead a team, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and improved supplier relationships.

You will champion ESG initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and train staff on procurement best practices. This hybrid role in Spain requires a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 10 years of professional experience in procurement operations and sourcing/category management.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Experience in the design and execution of Process Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Excellent and proven communication and influencing skills to senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong data analytics abilities to drive actionable insights.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Procurement certification preferred (e.g., CPSM, CPP, CIPS, SPSM, CSCP).

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a subject matter expert and drives best practice across Procurement processes and manages change during initiatives.
• Defines and owns the Supplier Lifecycle process including Sourcing, Onboarding, Contract Management, Performance and Relationship Management.
• Leads a team covering Governance, SRM, TPRM and Procurement Operations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, regulations and ethical standards; mitigates procurement risks.
• Drives ESG agenda across Global Procurement Services and supplier ecosystem.
• Continuously review sourcing, purchasing and contracting to identify gaps and improvements.
• Conducts high quality analysis of processes to identify fact-based opportunities.
• Leads change management activities and project implementations in a matrix organization across countries.
• Manages interfaces with stakeholders such as Category Management, Sourcing, MDMS, AP, Data Privacy and Legal.
• Champions change and the McAfee culture; conducts training sessions and workshops.
