McAfee, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Excellence Lead in Spain to drive end-to-end procurement processes, optimize supplier relationships, and lead a cross-functional team in a hybrid role. Reporting to the Global Head of Procurement, you will enable value creation and continuous improvement across the supplier lifecycle.

The role emphasizes process innovation, ESG alignment, and strong collaboration with Category Management, Sourcing, and Legal, with occasional Madrid onsite support as needed.

Formación

• 10+ years in procurement operations or sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management and procurement best practices.
• Experience with process improvement (Six Sigma preferred).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change.

Responsabilidades

• Own procurement processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Define and govern the Supplier Lifecycle including onboarding and contract management.
• Lead Governance, SRM, TPRM and Procurement Operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ESG goals.
• Deliver training and workshops to staff on best practices.
