Job summary

Swissport Madrid seeks a Procurement Excellence Manager to strengthen supplier governance, ESG and digital transformation across the organisation. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable procurement value.

You will drive five pillars: supplier risk, sustainable procurement, transformation, digital procurement, and analytics, shaping how procurement enables business strategy and resilience.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Procurement or related transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong English.
• Experience leading procurement transformation and governance.
• Knowledge of P2P, S2C, contract management and KPIs.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier onboarding, due diligence and governance frameworks.
• Drive ESG, ISO 20400 alignment and sustainability policies.
• Lead procurement transformation and standardisation initiatives.
• Implement digital procurement platforms and AI-driven workflows.
• Develop executive dashboards, spend analytics and KPIs.
• Oversee PMO activities, change management and benefits realization.
