Starting December 2026, this full-time internship offers hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, and vendor data management, with exposure to Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed university studies in business or data, such as Business Administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; process-oriented.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes; proactive attitude.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with data and digital tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; English and Spanish skills are a plus; Power Apps exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Business Support Services team in data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Coordinate with the materials warehouse to ensure timely delivery of requested materials.
• Proactively address issues related to material deliveries and incidents.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in procurement processes, including handling purchase orders.
• Support ongoing projects and coordinate with stakeholders inside and outside IM.
